Hi everyone, my dad did his medical in China and we just received an email asking him to contact the panel physician for follow-up. He will nonetheless visit the panel physician to ask but I found it strange that the instruction came from Regional Medical Office – Manila, i.e. Embassy of Canada in Manila, the Philippines. Is it normal that the email came from the Embassy in another country than where he currently is? Maybe the clinic sent the info to the wrong office? Or am I overthinking?
Here is how the email reads: "Your immigration medical examination results were received and in order to complete the assessment, additional information is required.
Details of the medical information required were recently sent to your e-Medical file. Contact the panel physician first to confirm their operating hours and any specific requirements for this follow-up, as you may not be required to visit the clinic prior to a certain date or they may just need to confirm information on the phone with you....."
Thank you in advance!
