I have just received my ITA, please I would like to confirm the section: Education History under the personal profile.

Do I need to include my first degree? The reason I ask is because I used my master's degree all along and I sent the certificate to WES for verification. I did not detail my first degree because to get my university to send my transcript to WES would be a hard job and the MSc certificate gives me a better score. But do I need to include that information under my educational history or is it ok to state only master's degree?


Also, it is stated under the Personal History section to detail what i have been doing for the past ten years without any gap. My question is does that need align perfectly with the dates on my degree certificates.

I believe you only record your highest degree - in your case, your masters.

I remember I put my studies for my first degree into my personal history, I did not have WES for it for the same reason as you. It was fine, I got PR. Personal history is only needed to give a brief description of what you did at certain time period, not for claiming any points. It will not affect your points or anything. Lying about smth in your personal history is not good though.
