PERSONAL HISTORY PAGE SAYS IN PROCESS !!!!

Hi guys i received my ita dec 4 have been trying to fill out my electronic form but the personal history page says still processing. I have filled out the form a million times now dont know what to do. I HAVE CONTACTED CIC BUT NO ANSWER FROM THEM TOO. IS ANY BODY ELSE FACING THIS ISSUE. PLEASE CONNECT HERE AND HELP!!!!

Make sure you don't have any gaps in between. Any gap (even if a few days) would lead to such situation.

Probably you're filling out details only for past 10 years. Try to go back till your 18th birthday and the issue will be resolved.

I am 24 and i have gone back till 2004 and my 18 birthday was in 2009 so i dontt know what next?? I dont know if any one from india is facing this issue or my form is just stuck

As someone suggested, go back few years and see if it works.

The personal history section is a bit finicky. I faced similar issues but going above and beyond the 10 years requirement did the trick, finally. If you've made sure there are no gaps, and that you've gone beyond 10 years (or beyond 18 years old), then make sure the data is in reverse chronological order such that the first entry is up to "current" and the last entry's "From" date extends to 2003. If still not working after that, don't know what to tell you. Best wishes.

I got the same issuse before !! Check if you have any gaps between the date!! not even one day !!!

Easy way to check is add one entry from your 18th birthday to date (don't remove others to avoid rework) and see if that makes the app complete.

If that works go back and check each date... as many time as needed as that is your problem ...

So could you give me an example maybe i am filling out the page wrong.

So this is what i have

Starting from the most recent
Aug 2013 to oct 2015 employment
Sep 2012 to aug 2013 education
June 2009 to sep 2012 bachelors degree
June 2004 to june 2009 secondary to higher secondary school education ??
Is this correct or do i give a yearly explanation

Also my last saved date is dec 14 2015 and it does not update eventhough i have been saving it again and again since that day
