Unless Vancouver office has some special rules, you can always say NO to drop off service and pickup your documents once they are ready at the BLS center. Remember they will push you to take drop off and you need to firmly decline and insist on pickup. I always do that in the BLS Brampton...

Had the same issue, did NO and submitted the US visa scans with old passport details. This is definitely a bug in the portal.

Same here .... it seems there is no appointment available till 2030 .... (i checked yesterday) .. and now when I try to login today it says "Your IP address has been blocked due to malicious activity." Has anyone got this before ? Any clues on what to do here ?

Folks how much time does it take after Oath to 1. Get Citizenship cert 2. Get Passport after #1 above. Also if we have travel planned the 1 + 2 take months, can we request delay of oath for one member of the family ?

Based on the trends in the tracker sheet, folks are getting oath dates in Dec now. I think there will be easily a 5-6 month lag between the test and the oath.

Yes, I have the same. But the old passport says cancelled, that is why was wondering if I should send both .. do not want to get stuck because of this :)

Just got the request for scan of passports ... it indeed is an active day at the MIS office ... I got my passport renewed after submitting the application. I am assuming i should send all pages scanned for both passports to be on the safe side ... is that a fair assumption...
