I'm trying to fill out the personal activities section, but it keeps rejecting since I haven't put 10 years of history. I only turned 18 in July 2009 so I'm only putting from then. Does anyone see a gap that I am not seeing that's causing the reject? Thanks

I'm experiencing the same issue and it keeps telling me "You must provide at least 10 continuous years of history from the date of client's 18th birthday". Does it mean I have to enter 10 rows regardless I have some activities spread over more years? Thanks :-[

Not sure which application are you filling in exactly. But it shall be personal history for last 10 years or from the day you have turned 18 (whichever is shorter).

In your case you are overlapping. (working and being unemployed at the same time in March 2015). Check if you can add there exact dates (for example start working from 15th of March 2015 and was unmeployed until 14th of March 2015).
If you shall give only Month then there shall be some guidance given for activities starting in the middle of the month. if there is no guidanance given, use simple logic by putting activity that took the longer part of the month on that month.
