I got PRTD under H AND C GROUNDS then I came back to Canada now I am filling up the application form so what are the possibility that I can lose my status because I don't meet the residency requirements. As for now I understood that if they had to destroy my status they would not have given me PRTD as in PRTD aslo i applied under HUMANITARIAN AND COMPASSIONATE GROUNDS. So please can I lose my status or not ? Because in my opinion of I was going to lose my status IRCC wouldn't have given me the PRTD at the first place. Please guide if I am thinking right or not.

Which code does your PRTD show? R-1 or RC-1?

You can apply for a PR card immediately once you are in Canada.

Please do not type in all caps. It is considered to be rude and yelling. It is also difficult to read.

To answer your question, since your PRTD was approved under H&C, you qualify to renew your PR card without meeting the residency requirement.

The current posted processing time for PR card renewals is 4 months, however it's possible it could take longer.

Ok thanks and sorry actually it was a glitch i did not do it in purpose

So this means I'll get a Pr card but it will take time. So I don't need to worry and meanwhile this process is going on can I travel back to Canada as this is my final year of post graduation.

You shouldn't leave Canada while the PR card is being processed. You should remain in Canada. IRCC may require you to pick up the PR card in person. If you decide to leave Canada, that could create problems for you in keeping your PR status.

I can't help it man this is my final year of post graduation well I'll see what to do because I can't leave my degree i worked so hard from previous 1.5 month.

In that case you'll have to take the risk and leave Canada. This could end up being a problem and it could result in your PR status being lost. You have to be prepared to accept that risk if you leave.
