Okay thankyou for your help.i wish I get my PR card as soon as possible let's see what happens next thanks alot. I need one more suggestion, my health card and Sin number got expired so for that what I need to do. Should I wait for my Pr card or should I visit canada service office right away ?
SIN numbers don't expire. So I don't understand that question.

For your health card, how long have you been in Canada now?

I don't know if they will renew your OHIP card based on the PRTD. You can try. You may have to wait until you have a valid PR card again.
I called them up ..they said I need to have a residency proof or any other thing that have my name mentioned on it. Means they cant give me health card untill and unless I come and start living here.

Yes, that's right. You do need to have evidence that proves you have an address in Canada as well (e.g. bank statement, utility bill, etc.).

Okay...and as now my PR card is expired and I have applied for renewal so in that case meanwhile all this process my SIN number remains the same right? I don't have to do anything for that ? Am i correct?

If your SIN number was given to you as a PR, it remains unchanged forever. It's possible it has been put on dormant status.

There are several threads about this as it's a question mark and a problem. To 'undormant' the card, you will probably need PR card. (Although you should try if you can).

Regardless, under law you are in Canada legally and you have the right to work, your SIN number is valid. (It seems the dormancy status is a measure against identity theft and particularly against use of number to access government support such as employment insurance, pension, etc).

So you can provide it to an employer. The government MIGHT contact the employer about the number - and then it's not clear what happens. Go ahead and use it with an employer. If it comes up, be confident you have done nothing wrong - or better that you'll have received pr card by then (and can go and unblock/remove the dormancy flag from account).

If not, we can't tell you what will happen. At that point you may need a lawyer or help from MP or something. It seems to be an unintended consequence of the clash between IRCC and CRA procedures.

Ohh okay thankyou and I want to ask you one more thing that now i filled my PR application and is it important to fill it completely in all capital letters Or can we use small letters too? Because I filled it in small letters so will it create any kind of problem?

Never heard of that being an issue. Don't recall though. Check the instructions, if it doesn't specify, normal capital/small shoudl be fine.
