I have member of ICAI since 2008 and I have experience more than 10 years. I want to plan settle at Ontario in Canada with professional carrier. Firstly I will plan to join CPA Canada (as per MOU between ICAI & CPA Canada). I want to know directly apply any Permanent Resident Scheme.

There is no "Permanent Resident Scheme". You will need to be eligible to apply for an economic immigration class and if you are using Express Entry, have a sufficient score to be invited to apply for PR.

It is easy to do US CPA but it is not easy to do Canada CPA so do proper home work before taking a final decision, and until you passed Canada CPA you have to survive on ODD jobs because in Canada they won"t recognize Indian experience.
