Hello There

I was living in the USA for 6 years claming for political asilum but it was deny and i was deported mid of last frebruary, now i'm in my country (Colombia) . however, i would like to immigrate to Canada.

The question is: what is is better and easier betwen aply to residence or humanitarian refuge from my country?

i have a clean criminal record in the USA and in Colombia.

You can't apply for refugee status while you are in your own country. Your only choice would be skilled worker if you qualify.

2nd- PERMANENT RESIDENT OR REFUGEE

I went to the Canadian emmbassy in Colombia and they gave me a aplication to a humanitarian program telling me that i could apply to this program however i'm not sure if that is a good way to immigrate.
can any one gave me your opinion about it?
