Hi All,

I have received my ITA last month and I am planning to submit all my document by this week. My spouse is currently in India and I am in Canada. She is planning to come to Canada this month end, she has visitor visa. My questions are-

Once I receive a request to submit my and my spouse's Passports to get the PR visa stamping, can she be in Canada or she has to be in India as the time of submitting she is in India?

Does she need to send her Passport to Indian CIC offices for stamping?

Please suggest.

You can inform IRCC of her change of address when she arrives, then you can both be processed in Canada.

Use the webform to communicate with IRCC after you submit your application -
