Hello all,
I have everything ready to send my PR. I only need to apply payment which got me a bit confused.
I am the only applicant, applying within Canada (common law Canada class) through the sponsorship of my common law who is a canadian citizen by birth and has lived his entire life here. My current status in the country is worker.
Just want to make sure if all I have to pay is Principal applicant($550) and Right of Permanent Residence Fee($490)? Does my common law also has to pay $550, or does this fee refers if somebody else from my family was sponsoring me and common law (as if we both wanted to get PR status)?
Spouse and Common-Law Partner in Canada Class
Principal applicant (including $75 for sponsorship) $550.00
Spouse, common-law partner or conjugal partner $550.00
Family member of the principal applicant who is under 19 years of age, unmarried and not in a common-law relationship OR is 19 years of age or older who has been unable to be financially self-supporting since before the age of 19 due to a physical or mental condition $150.00
Right of Permanent Residence Fee $490.00
Much appreciated, thanks!
