My Wife got her confirmation of Permanent Residence this week through family sponsorship program from outside Canada. Other then traveling prior to the expiry date of the visa. We have questions, do I need to travel with her together for her initial residency. In the Application details it say Province of destination Ontario, city of destination Toronto. Does that mean we have to fly to Toronto for our application submission or can we go to Vancouver. As I have family in Vancouver that we would stay with temporary until everything is in order then.

She can "LAND" anywhere in Canada, doesn't matter. And she can do it herself, no need to travel with her

except Quebec, don't land in Quebec. They are kinda 'funny' about folks landing there without being sponsored to Quebec from what I understand. Landing in Vancouver should not be a problem for you.
