People with File in Local CIC Calgary..

I know all of the people that have their file on Calgary CIC now they got a letter or they going to get a letter that says your file is going to take at least 2 or 3 years or even longer to review, because they are so busy... well i was thinking if all the people that are in the same situation, is there something that we can do together? Maybe send a letter with all the signatures and explain our frustrating situation?

Hey I'm in the situation they said they will review my application in October 2016 but 10 days after they send me letter to send them my passport copy I don't know what to say anymore
