Is CPP and old age security payments remain same no matter where we live in Canada? I mean is it same for all the provinces?

OAS is the same no matter where you live in Canada. The QPP (Quebec Pension Plan) has slightly different rules than the CPP. Those differences will become much more significant under changes announced recently. Whether you contribute to the QPP or the CPP depends on whether you work in Quebec or another province.
