pending review!!!

Does anyone know what is the actual meaning of the " your file is pending review" from the standard reply that we got from CHC.Does it mean ,our file is "in process" staus or they don't touch our file and in queue to process.

Yes, unfortunately it cannot be considered as your file is "In process" because the visa office said it is 'pending review'. Perhaps it could be in the queue or might not have started review by the officer who is assigned for it.

" your file is pending review" means, your file is not opened yet. It is in queue waiting for your turn.
