thankyou . my score is 438 , shall I opt for PEI? i liked the island but dont know if my NOC works there.

I advise you to apply first and wait like i did. Even i have 438 score and it seems it is highly unlikey we are going to get ITA's real soon.

prior to receiving nomination, did you receive any emails from PEI ?? Or, straight away 600 points got added at the end of 6 months?

Yes I have received emails asking about documents and then finally got email that we have nominated you.

They asked me to filled out the form and send it with my resume.
2-how long it took you to received the nomination email from them?
I sended mine August 17th

I send those documents which they asked me in email. The whole process of nomination takes around 5 months

I do not know about your NOC but your scores are good. And there is nothing to loose by applying to different provinces. You must apply to as much provinces as possible.

I also sent EOI last August and didn't get any response from them. I have an OINP application on process right now and hoping for a positive outcome. The last PT sent by PEI was last September for IT applicants and never heard of another rounds of PT after that.

I applied to PEI on Feb 22,2015 and got first reply on 27 of June. MY NOC is 2174
