PEI PNP- App to CIC

Dear Friends, I applied after PEI PNP and I submitted my ePR Application to CIC on 28/Jan/2016 from India. Got AoR on 28th itself. 4th -Feb-2016 Medical Passed status updated from CIC. Thereafter just no change.
