Hi Everyone seems like only Inlands are getting PEI PNP... so please can anyone explain how you guys become Inland?

My score is 62 ?

I think the minimum score is not important here and they select applicants already in the province. Hence, they do not publish the cut-off score since it will be pointless.

For instance inland applicants with score of 40-50 are selected, while applicants with scores over 60 and even 70 are not.

You just need to keep you profile current and active and focus on other provinces, that is what I am doing.

"I've had my foreign qualification verified with the regulated body in PEI" is this only for regulated professions or anyone with BTECH can get it done and claim 5points despite his NOC is regulated or not ???

I would say that the score plays little role in the current situation. Seems like the Canadian government is giving preference to applicants already in Canada, while PEI has always given preference to applicants with connection to the province.

I have 70 points and haven't been selected in the past draws.

No blood relatives in Canada
Could you please suggest that... is it possible to get PNP from PEI? If not any chance by other provinces?
