Peace Arch Near Seattle - soft landing in September

Hi everyone,
I am an H1 holder (no stamp yet)
I am planning to activate PR by soft landing across peace arch border near Vancouver.
are we allowed to do this at this time ?
I read US allows only essential travel till September 21

Trying to connect with people who are doing the same or have done it. Please feel free to connect with me through texts/emails. If someone is in Seattle and planning to do the same I can drive them to the border and we can get it done together

If you don't have a US visa stamp how will you enter back into the US? US wont let you in without a a valid visa stamp.

I assume that you are resident of US hence it wont be applicable for you since you are returning resident.
The essential trip is only for Canadian residents who are trying to see new entry/status.
