Hi I need some help regarding Police clearence certificate(PCC) . My spouse works fr Government organisation and when applying for pcc its askig for NOC. Is NOC mandatory or is there someone in the group who applied for pcc without noc for govt organization for outland sponsorship. Please reply Thankyou.
