PCC will not be issued due to implied status.....Please Help !!

Calll bls helpline . They will tell you what documents you need . My work permit was also expired and on that case they need acknowledgment letter of extension applied.

Need an urgent suggestion!
My work permit expired on 23rd of November but whose work permit was expiring in 2023, they could apply for 18 months extension as ircc announced. So I had applied for work permit extension for me and my wife. In February, 2024 I got my work permit extension till August 2025 but my wife work permit extension for refused because we forgot to attach $100 paid fees receipt for spousal open work permit. So, we have restore her status and applied for her work permit again. So currently, she is out of status, she can stay in Canada until we get the result. Meanwhile, my OINP ( in demand skills) got approved and I'm eligible for non express entry. Now the concern is, I have to apply within 6 months after OINP approval, I have got my PCC but I can't get PCC for my wife as she is out of status. Moreover, I can't show in my non express entry profile that she is accompanied.
My parents are here on visitor visa and she doesn't have anyone in India.
Now I'm dilemma that what are my options? I have a month left as OINP expiring so I have to apply for non express entry.
Your experience and expertise can help me.

What do you mean by:

You are making this unnecessarily complicated by risking your OINP expiry. She should've gone back a few months ago as PCC even from PSK would take 1-2 months to come.
It's almost 6 months and still her work permit file in not under process. I didn't know that it'll take that long. My parents came a week ago.

Your post is still very unclear. You can apply for Express entry with your nomination and you get 60 days to submit your wife's PCC once you get your ITA. She can fly back to India and wait till her application gets approved and have her PCC done as without any complications as well.
I still don't get why you have listed your wife as accompanying though?

But now I have very short time frame that's why I'm getting confused as one ircc lawyer said that she can apply for visitor visa, someone said without status she can't.
So I'm not able to get on one final solution.

None of us can offer a better advice compared to an immigration lawyer. You are asking a non-EE specific question in the EE section, best if you clearly post your questions under PNP part of the section.
