PCC stuck at consulate general

[PR aspirant!!]

I had received a letter to resubmit my PCC. I sent my application to BLS in Vancouver through post. Now I see the status as processing at consulate general and the PCC process has been initiated in India at a police station. How long does it take after this step to get the PCC finally? Last date for me to submit PCC is 9th April. What should I do in case I don't receive my PCC by then?

Btw did you also send original passport along with your application to bls?
