Technically no as the stay are not 6 month continuous. But you have 5 month stays without a long gap so they may ask for PCC as additional document request. My suggestion would be figure out how to get PCC in case needed.

There is still some little confusion between theory and practice.
CIC website states that the system will not ask you for PCC as it was not 6 full months in a row, although many have said that there was a recent update to the way the system handles it. Meaning, they removed the "in a row" requirement.
Say for example you were in Dubai for 3 months, then back to India for 2 months, and then again back to Dubai for 3 months, it counts as a total of 6 months spent in Dubai.

But anyway, you particular case is a perfect example of "Example C" in the official link below. Extract here in red.

Example C: Several short stays in another country
Lailah studied in Spain between 2014 and 2017, for several 4-month study periods but she did not stay there for 6 months or more in a row. The system will not ask for a police certificate, but an officer may ask for one from Spain after she submits her application. To avoid delays, Lailah could ask for a police certificate from Spain and submit it with her application.

My suggestion would be to just get one and submit it with your application.
99.9% chance they will ask for it, as it's quite a substantial amount of time spent in Dubai. Here is how to get one from the UAE:

Cheers.

No, i was sponsored by my college & hence was on resident visa- not allowed to work category.
work permit, tourist, citizen, resident... Doesn't matter.
If you want to save some time in your application processing, provide it upfront.
It clearly states that you should if you want to avoid delays.
Otherwise, they will simply ask you for it. It's really that simple.

The PCC issued is valid for 3 months, so will it be valid it still be valid for CIC after 3 months?
