PCC request from Ottawa Office

HI guys!

I applied in June and didn't submitted my PCC from India.Today i got an email from Ottawa requesting me to submit my original PCC from India in order them to continue processing my applcation.However i am confused related to my visa office.Since i applied from India and mentioned New Delhi as my Visa Office.Howcome,my application is with Ottawa office?If anyone having a similar situation or have any idea,please reply... Have you received AOR ? If yes, how long did it take to receive PCC request from CIC ?

What I meant was did you receive your PCC request 3 months after receiving AOR ?

Hello aaad,
As per the seniors in this forum, the VO office that we include in the application form is just our preference. But, the visa officer will assign the VO while processing (don't know on what basis).That might be the reason your application has being processed by CPP -O instead of New Delhi. Hope this helps!

Trying to revive this thread. Anyone applied PCC for India from BLS Ottawa? Looking for some timeline. My status is stuck at "PCC application is under review at Indian Embassy" and haven't changed. It's been 5 days since the completion of Police Verification.
