I am an Indian citizen currently in Canada on my Post Graduate Work Permit.
I submitted my express entry profile last year and applied for PCC from India through BLS International Centre. It has been more than 6 months since I received my PCC.
Recently, I had to travel to India for a family emergency and I applied for another PCC through the Regional Passport Office since it was mentioned as one of the options to receive PCC according to the below link:

But when I called BLS International Centre about the validity of the PCC through the Regional Passport Office, they mentioned that some officers might not consider the PCC valid and they suggested applying through BLS again.
Do you have any recommendations on how I can proceed? Should I just apply with the PCC I have now, or apply for a new PCC through BLS?
