PCC Query

Hi All,

I was in Germany during 2011. For PR application process I have taken Gemrany PCC during March, 2016.
I have never being to Germany after 2011.

Do I again need to get fresh PCC ? Does anyone has any idea?

Thanks. I haven taken PCC under impression that my PR process will be fast :-\
But.....nothing started yet....

My case is similar. I got German pcc assuming that oinp will process my application faster, but it was delayed.

My home address is different on German pcc, will it be an issue?

I was in a similar situation , got my Indian PCC March 2016 abut the PR thing got delayed, I had called CIC to get this doubt clarified, the agent said that the PCC is valid only 6 months after the date of issue. So the March PCC is apparently not valid anymore. I'd be going In bls Brampton today to get a fresh one. Btw Mumbai _maratha I'm from Mumbai too.

That's correct if that's the applicant's country of residence.

Del I told the visa officer that I have never been back to India after coming here. He still said the document has a validity of 6 months from the date of issue, I'd really want to confirm this , if my PCC is valid ID probably avoid the Brampton trip in this weather

Then you have nothing to be concerned of, your PCC is still valid.

If you need a police certificate from a country or territory and:

are currently living there, or received the police certificate before leaving, the police certificate must be issued within six months before you apply.
have lived there in the past, the police certificate must be issued after you last lived in that country or territory.
