PCC issue Please help

Hi members,

I landed in Canada on PR on April 28, 2018. After that I went on Europe trip from June 08, 2019 to June 21, 2019. After that Went to India from Jan 03, 2021 to Oct 03, 2021. So now when I planning to apply for citizenship. Can you please suggest me if I qualify for the period.
Also since I stayed more than 6 months in India, in order to apply for PCC, can I apply that now, prior my citizenship application (if I don't qualify yet citizenship period qualification)

Now when I went to see PCC info on https://portal1.passportindia.gov.in/AppOnlineProject/secure/pccApplicantPassportDetailAction
I am getting error message as "You are registered at RPO Thane or RPO Malappuram. RPO Thane or RPO Malappuram is no longer accepting new applications. Kindly register under RPO Mumbai or RPO Kozhikode respectively. "

Did anyone face this issue, what should I do in this case. Please help

You do need PCC from India. However, you can apply for that in Canada through BLS. Dont know why you are applying for that in India.

You do need PCC from India. However, you can apply for that in Canada through BLS. Dont know why you are applying for that in India.

Yes, you may apply for PCC from India now and send it with your Citizenship application or you can also send PCC from India when CIC requested one from you.
