Hi everyone,

I have a question about "address were stayed" section in the form for PCC.

If the address on my passport is the permanent address what will be the dates "to" and "from"? As I have been living there since i was 8 years old. do i need to mention previous address as well ?

'From' will be from the date you stayed at your permanent address, and 'To' will be Present. No, you don't need to provide previous addresses.

I got the ITA and now i am in the process of filling my e-APR. I have a question regarding the PCC, i am originally from Chandigarh but now i am in Bangalore as i am working here. My passport has the home address i.e. Chandigarh. Do i need to get PCC from both the places or just Chandigarh would be fine?

Only one is required and should be done through Passport Seva Kendra
