PCC India BLS Edmonton

Just wondering if anybody has applied for PCC from India through BLS Edmonton office recently?

HI i applied it on 29 July. But still it shows Processing at consulate general. This is my second PCC. Got 1st PCC in 2 weeks 1 year back and stamped in passport also. From that time i haven't been to India. I dont know why they are taking time to give my 2nd PCC.

I did in May, got PCC in three weeks.
