My documents has been delivered to FBI 9 Sep, 2016. Still has not get any news from neither credit card charge.
Possible reasons:
1. My fingerprints were incorrectly placed (I actually asked to do it in a special place not dedicated place but a guy who's job is taking fingerprints helped me, using ink not scan. It was slightly smudged, but still OK I guess, I have sent 2 copies of fingerprint, a) with finger tips print and b) whole fingers print. just in case... Explanation letter was attached as well.
2. Still need to wait... but I've read that someone who sent in November already got credit card charge.... Which worries me much
3. Credit card problem - but I do have more than 18 dollars (right now is about 37$) on account and it is open for internet and internatioanal activities. I check it occasionally
4. It has been lost at FBI office

Last thing. I have been in US twice from 6 July 2008 - 12 Sep 2008 (2+ month) then I went home for 2 weeks, and from Sep 27 Sep 2008 to 3 March 2009 which is a little more than 5 month. Do I need at all? I think VO will ask for it as I have been total 8 month in US with a small break in a middle.
5. May this be a reason for leaving my quest without response from FBI. (like this guy does not need for IRCC as he was less than 6 month, can't remember actually did I mentioned about IRCC or not in Explanation letter it was more than 4 month ago and I barely can remember what I did yesterday)
