PCC from Cameroon

I was working in Cameroon from 2010-2011. As per express entry, we need to submit PCC from all places that we have worked right ? How do I apply for PCC online as I am not staying in Cameroon now ?

All places where you lived continiously for at least 6 months not just where you worked.
