PCC for stay in USA??

Hi all,

I just went through one of threads but still not sure about my situation.
Any help will be appreciated.
I stayed in US for 5 years before returning to india for good and now applying for EE PR from india. should I get a clearance certificate from FBI for my stay in USA??

any input is greatly appreciated.

Yes if you spent 6 months in a row in the US during the past 10 years.

Shaaks.. and I can do it even if I am not in USA any more and back in my native country?
