From Edmonton ,,it always says like that &even when you asked guys they say 3-4weeks:

When I submitted they ask for all addresses from day I born .it just a formality. Don't worry

And when asked they say 3-4weeks but received fast ;samw with my friends,

It may take more days then me its just my experience I am sharing .

Hey guys, does anyone know how to fill out this form for people who were NEVER citizens of india? For example, from Bhutan or Nepal and went to school in India for some period of time
