Hi got ITA and applied for the PR this week(31/5) which was my last date.

I have question regarding PCC which I received from Bahrain where I went for my project work.
Dates mentioned in PCC certificate shows the resident status duration , but not first entry and last exit from the country.

Actual entry and exit dates - 10/5/2007 till 1/10/2010
Resident Dates in Bahrain PCC - 13/5/2008 till 4/5/2010.

Is it going to be any problem ?
How much time from AOR to get first update on our application ?
I didnt mentioned this in LOE :-( and now I realized.
Can anything I can do at this stage to address this issue ?

You can raise a CSE and provide an explanation or revised PCC. It typically takes 45 to 60 days for any updates so if you send this info right away you will be good. Better to get a PCC covering the exact dates or explain why they will not mention it. Better to get it rectified since some folks have faced issues and since specific dates are mention which will not align with your travel history, it may create an issue.

Good luck!

Hi ,

I am facing similar issue. We luckily got Bahrain-PCC for my Husband and we are about to submit our PR application. But the PCC issued from Bahrain has below errors (I assume)

Surname spelling is wrong - they have written "A" in place of "E"

date of residence is also as per the visa : from 6/11/2008 to 22/12/2014 however he actually landed Bahrain on 9/09/2008 and last exit on 20/04/2014

So technically the PCC has a clear gap of 57 days less from date of landing and issuance(this is not matching to the travel/residence history in his passport) Will our PR get refused due to his reason?

Will that be a problem in PR application. After a lot of efforts we were able to get this PCC- Bahrain for him. I don't think we have enough time now to get a new one.

Appreciate valuable suggestions and guidance in this regard.
