PCC application through BLS

Not sure do we have already a thread on this?

I applied PCC application in BLS Brampton,Canada on 2014-07-18. Anybody know how much time will take to receive the PCC ?

In tracking system it is showing as "Processing at Consulate General"

BTW I have two application - Myself and my spouse.

Hi,

It took 16 days for me.
I collected it from BLS office.
If you are getting it delivered at home address please add 2-3 days extra for delivery.

Most of my friends/colleagues got it between 15-20 days.

I applied at the BLS - Victoria Park location. It took me 11 business days, but for my spouse it took around a month. It depends, but what the above poster said is correct. You should get it within 20 work days.

I also wanted to apply for PCC. I read everything over here:

But do we need to send our passport also with the application? Is it better to send by courier or in person?

In person is always the safest. Passport has to be submitted for PCC.

Applied on 15th August at Brampton BLS office. But still status showing as 'Processing at Consular office'
