PCC and Medical Expiry

PLEASE ADVICE CAN I APPLY FOR PCC AND MEDICAL BEFORE GETING AN ITA?

As long as you are certain the ITA is aroubd the corner, nothing stopping you from doing that. They just have to be valid at the time that you submit your application.

Medical 1 year and PCC 6 months (or until u visit that country again)

It would not be advisable to apply for either unless you are certain to get an ITA in the next couple of draws. The PCC would be valid for 6 months and medicals for a year though in some cases they have been asked to redo their medical when there are couple of months left for them to expire for applications that take longer to process
