Hey guys.
Do i have to include a police certificate in my application as well Medical exam? or ill wait until they request them? Also is there any cases that they didnt ask for PC? Is it a must?

Your criminal record is a must. You can send it after you have filed your application, but you will have to submit it eventually. They will ALWAYS ask for a PC .

We sent our police certificate and medical exam with the application in the hope that it will get processed more quickly. You can wait until you get AIP, which is about the time they will ask you to submit missing forms, i.e. PC and meds. Some people get DM and AIP at the same time, which only happens if you have submitted everything before they are finished processing the sponsor's file. If you haven't sent all the forms, the processing time will become longer.

AIP means "approval in principle" and the time it takes to process depends on the kind of application you sent. Did you apply in- or outland? If you applied inland, it will take 11 months to get AIP counting from the day since your application was received. Usually you will get your OWP (open work permit) pretty soon after you receive AIP.

yaah u shld attach Police clerance as well as medical reports. othwerwise not submitting it with application will cause delay in processing the application.

so i suggest to attach it with the application.

You simply follow your country guide. People here can give their opinions but unless we applied in the same country as you then we are all only guessing. Some countries require police certificates to be sent with the application and if they are not then the application MAY be returned as incomplete. Other countries will allow certificates to be sent in later if you attach a letter explaining why the certificate is not included with the application.

Read your country guide and the checklist - this will tell you if a police certificate is required to be included when the application is sent in.
