Dear all

I finished the document checklist after the Invitation To Apply for PR.

but there is not payment option (EE fee 550 and PR 450) nor submission option!!!

What can I do?

When you are ready to pay, click on NEXT and you will be forwarded to the payment and signing your application pages. Good luck!

hello
i am unable to show you a screenshot
but I go to 'continue application" in the main page in the ITA
I press "continue" where all my profile is green and complete
and i go to the checlist
i uploaded the documents required (some work employment are not filled because they give many options, i only filled 5 - i uploaded everything else)
and down there, there are the fees but there is no option to pay them.
after that, all i can press on is "Exit questionnaire"

You need to upload all documents first, you can't pay with an incomplete application. Make sure that you have all the required documents uploaded first, then the NEXT button will appear.

It's not incomplete
but i don't have 10 files for work history
i only have 5
and i also don't have a letter of explanation
because i don't have to add it
so that's why it may appear as incomplete, but it's not

I don't really get what you mean. If you have 10 placeholders for work history, you need to upload 10 files. Can you share a screenshot?

no - there's no way to upload a screenshot!
and yes i have 10 placeholders for it
but i only had 5 jobs before

can i email you the screenshots please? I am really frustrated
it's been 2 days trying to figure out
i'm going to upload empty documents just to see if that changes anything

okay
but i think you have a point
i have 10 place holders because i put small jobs i did for which i don't have a document to upload
question is:
i work at mcgill as a TA
do I have to put that in my work history and upload documents for it?

Now, we know the issue. If you are not claiming points for a job, remove it from the Work History section and add it in the Personal History section. In this case, you will not need to upload any extra documents. For example, if you are a TA and a student in Canada, you can't claim that work, then you should remove it.

all placeholders should be filled for work history cause it should match what i wrote in the questionnaire before
i merged some employment history files
i should fix that
