Hi Guys,

- I have pay my citizenship fee for myself and my wife separately but the receipt I print includes just name. Do we need to includes DOB and address manually on the receipt or we do not need it. Now that portion of the receipt is just blank.

- My wife T4 shows old address, do you think it matters if I want to send T4 with old receipt or I do not need to send the T4 at all.

Also I put the same names as in the applications but the note on the receipt indicates it should not be the same name. What that means.??

Yes you have to write the remaining info manually. Please note that the Client ID is the number XXXX-XXXX on your PR card.
Means that we could use the credit card of your wife/friend/anyone to pay the fees.
For the T4 part of your question, there is no right answers so far. Do what you want.

I applied last year, but as far as I remember, they didn't require T4s. Did they change the rules?

Did you pay the fee online? If so, on receipt you only have to print the postal code and phone number.
T4 are not required. Do you see being required in the application guide?
Send only what is required, but have ready all the paper work in case they require supplementary documents.
