Quick question - does the fee need to be paid by the sponsor, or can the principal applicant pay it? i.e. if the receipt we print out and attach mentions the PA's name as it will be via credit card, would that be fine?
I also read an old thread about having to fill out something by hand, but I couldn't find the thread anymore. Can anyone elaborate on that? Is there something we need to manually write out on the receipt?
