Paying applicaton fees

I am submitting an outland application for my wife from the USA. When I go to pay the fees it asks "where are you paying from?" I selected Canada.

It the asks "what type of application are you submitting?" should I select "permanent residence"?

and the third question it asks "what are you paying for?" which is obviously my spouse.



Is permanent residence the correct question for the second question? or should I select "family sponsorship?

yup it would be family class sponsorship

family, spousal .. I paid 475.00 for the App,, then 75.00 for spousal and 255.00 for a work permit and a open work permit then you got the Permanente residence fee,, 500.00 blah blah blah lol

its a long process be patient and I wish yall the best of Luck !!
