Sponsorship fees

Just want to make sure the total is correct before I use my credit card, I am sponsoring my wife to come to Canada btw.


when paying my fees: I only select:

Sponsorship application: (1) $75
Principal applicant: (1) $475
Right of permanent residence fee: (1) $490

Total: $ 1040 correct?

Now do I put a copy of my receipt in both my wife's and my application or just mine?

Also, there are some 'blanks on my receipt', do I have to fill them in?

Both sets of application forms should be sent in the same package, so only a single copy of the receipt. You need to fill in the blanks. There should be instructions in your application information guide.
