patulong naman po... ugn visa ko po at ung passport ko po ay mag-eexpire sa july 2013.. andito pa po ako ngayun sa pinas.. una ko palang pong kontrata eto... kinakabahan po ako baka ma- airport to airport lang ako pagdating sa canada.. alis kopo sa feb 3... pwede pa po kaya un pagdating ko ng canada?

The best thing you do is to go to DFA office personally kasi sila ang mas makapagbibigay sa'yo ng tamang advice, pero may nabasa na ako na pwede kang humingi ng extension sa validity ng passport mo, dont know how they do it

Bat ngayon mo lang naisip yan? pro di kita papagalitan. Ito mapapayo ko. Kung abot mo pa yung 7 days na releasing date pwd ka mag walk-in.. NO APPOINTMENTS NEEDED. Much better gawin mo to sa DFA Aseana;
Requests For Earlier Accommodation
Waiving of the passport appointment system is reserved for emergency cases only. These cases include the following:

• Employment
• Medical emergency involving the applicant or his/her family member;
• Death of a family member/immediate relative;
• Senior citizens;
• Infants (1 year old and below) and;

You fall in employment reason. And I'm sure you can provide the requirements below and that's MANDATORY!

FYI: Naisip ko kung pwd dun ka na mag renew sa Canada. I think mas mahirap dun at mas mapapagastos ka. Parenew ka or magpaextend ka na habang andito ka pa sa pinas. Yung passport mo ay di na abot ang 6 months baka di ka na papapasukin sa CAnada. Nakalagay pa naman sa APPLICATION KIT – Temporary Resident Visa natin ang "Current passport (valid for six months after the date of intended entry to Canada)"

Hi,

I suggest go to DFA for extension of your passport, much faster and easy for you. They will give 1 or 2 yrs extension. Show them that you have airline ticket departs Feb. 3 and bring all your necessary docs. You can't travel if your passport will expire in 6 months (in any airport), also as far as I know when you reach Canada your work permit expiry can't go beyond expiration of your passport.

get extension or renew lang ng passport ang choices mo..yung work permit mo na makukuha sa port of entry will be based on the expiry date of your passport...
