No. The work experience needs to be paid.

Volunteer work is viewed as a positive contribution in an H&C application but does not guarantee approval.

It's impossible for any of us to say.

IRCC launched a number of short term programs and pathways during the pandemic that have now ended. I think it's best to assume this pathway will not happen again. Of course there's always some chance it might. However I think the chance of that are low and you certainly should not count on this happening.

Am in an appeal process in Québec, family in home country. Is it possible to bring family after acceptance or wait til PR is ready

They can try applying for TRVs at any time. Most likely it will be very difficult for them to be approved. But they can try.

Otherwise they won't be able to come to Canada until their PR applications are approved.

I think it's around 1.5 years right now.
