Honestly I’m my own opinion-: I think procedurally ircc should notify your prior legal rep about your decision to stop using their services , and they’ll likely notify the same rep that the applicant has changed his or her legal rep . I don’t think that should raise a concern for you though, I even think it’s ethical and normal for all public offices to send such letter of acknowledgement when there’s a change or modification in certain events .

They just replied my mail yesterday that my application has been sent to an officer for final review. Nothing more. Thanks a lot
