@Khejjy has rightly said , the email is usually printed on your AIP letter and I don’t think it’s appropriate to attempt to contact them via such email since you’re yet to get the AIP . I think you should be able to fill out the webform and request for the status of your application, but then I think it won’t be necessary to submit the webform if your application hasn’t exceeded the normal timeline .
For instance I submitted February 2nd and received Aip 6th of May , it took 4 months to receive Aip ,and my Neigbour got her entire application process completed and finished within 4 months .
I understand that the process isn’t as fast as it was before and the anxiety level is escalating by the day , but let’s remain positive and hopeful that everything will be completed soon by Gods grace …
