If one receives a letter from refugee board that his claim is on hold becuase IRCC informed then that the claimant applied for Healthcare pathway.

Does that mean AIP is on the way?

Good evening everyone please I will like to ask those who have received their COPR or anyone who has an idea, in this pathway program, after you receive AIP and medical done, do they request for financial statements of the applicants before you get your COPR. Thanks

It could be ur recent payslips or letter from ur employer. If u like u can print your bank statement. They just need something to show that you re working so that they can put it in your file

For IRCC to have informed Refugee Board that your claim should be put on hold,
I am assuming that you have meet the basic eligibility requirements.

If you follow the tread on this Platform, everyone that their claim has been put on hold on IRCC request has received their AIP. (anyone should correct me if am wrong).
so you should expect your AIP soon.

So someone asked me if we can use the Permanent Residency Card we got from Pathway to travel to our home country even though we were Assylum Seekers before this Pathway application came out.
Mind you,at a stage in the application, we were told to withdraw our Refugee application before they can issue COPR.

So I throw it to the house, what's your opinion?

I believe we can, at least that’s what my lawyer said. But I also believe we should use our heads and be very careful.

Using our head is the main thing o...
But from my lame man knowledge,I think one can.
I agree..but then again, the main reason we qualified for this program in the first place is because we were refugee claimants. . It’s kinda complicated.

It's tricky. The question is who's gonna risk it all and go to his country... because the first person is gonna be a lesson to us all. Personally if I don't see someone go and then come back without any problem, I'm not gonna try it
