Hi,
a friend of mine received his COPR today. He is also an April applicant, AOR 27/4 received the PPR on October 18th. His tracker was activated on Friday 28th. He was also asked to resend his pictures once last week due to the incorrect format. The pictures were done by a Walmart person who was like 'yea don't worry, we are doing such pictures over here' and made the incorrect size!
So guys don't trust those photographers out there and also check the correct format if you don't do it, obviously.

And the friend of mine obviously didn't checked that. After exactly one week he received a letter from IRCC to resend the pictures. His PPR was October 18th.
So guys don't trust those photographers out there and also check the correct format if you don't do it, obviously.

agree...once picture is taken...you also goto Service Canada to verify the picture...they will tell you exactly which ones will work

Wrong Return Label Sent to CPC Ottawa
So, I have made a pretty bad mistake. I used shipnex.com to generate a Return Label for Canada to USA. Apparently that label was useless.. They called me next day to give me a new label. But by that time my PP were already delivered at CPC - Ottawa.

I have emailed their helpdesk with the new DHL label attached to the email. The return envelope that I had provided them was for Fedex. I have asked them to kindly discard the FedEx return envelope and use the new DHL Label + any envelope.

I just hope that my passport doesnt get lost on the way from from Canada to USA.

When your passport reached to Ottawa?

Hey guys, I sent my passport to Ottawa on the 26th and they received it on the 27th. Today I got home from work to a note from UPS on my door saying they have a package for me from Canada that requires my signature. Upon tracking the package, I found that it was sent to me from Etobicoke, ON, on the 28th. I am freaking out a little bit now, since I don't know what this package may be. I don't believe it's my CoPR, since I've seen that that usually takes 1-2 weeks after they receive the passport, and also because I sent them a prepaid FedEx envelope for them to return my passport to me (not UPS). Furthermore, my status in MyCIC has not changed...it still says that the review is in progress, that the interview is not needed at this time, and that the final decision has not started. I've read that this changes before they send the passport back to the applicant.

Does anyone have any idea what this package could be? It won't be available for me to pick it up until tomorrow art around 1pm, but the anxiety is killing me
