Thanks for sharing! Do you mind describing the documents they suggested you take to the border? I might need to prepare them soon in case my passport does come back in time for my flight.

The instruction suggests your passport, existing wp/sp, and copr. I would take an address proof and proof of fund. Dont think anything else is necessary.

If there is an error in picture size or dimensions, do they ask for new picture while keeping passport with them or will return passport with copr and will ask new pictures after landing? I mean will they issue COPR if there is an error in picture and ask for new during pr card application?
