Guys, what number to call CIC from USA?
My passport was delivered on June 26 and i have no update yet. Trying to call 888-242-2100 from USA and not able to connect.

Tracker Not Activated Yet........................I check Canada Post like 48 times a day......
Anyone on same the time line and got his tracker activated.??????????

Mine also arrived the 26 but was approved the 12 of july
Im also waiting for the tracking number to be activated.
Downloaded the post canada app to have the update on my phone when i does get sent

You have to be in Canada to call the number. Cannot call the number from outside Canada. the best thing is to email therm with all details and wait for the response.

Don't worry. Now it takes at least 3 business days to have the tracker activated. I have the same timeline as you.

Thanks for your reply. I was under assumption that there is a phone number we can call from USA. I will wait then and be patient hoping everything is fine. Waiting is my middle name.

Congrats. We have exactly the same timeline since Aor until application approved, except now u already got ur pp back and my tracker is not even activated lol. Plz share ur landing experience if u don't mind, thanks.

I explained in an earlier post that I called the agent and asked them to expedite my application because of my coming wedding. And I will do my landing after I come back, which is a month from now.

Thanks, I tried this number. It transfers me to IRCC number and then i hear this message: "I am sorry, the toll free number is not available to your area." Did you ever get this message?

My Application was approved this afternoon July 13th, 2017. Tracker has not been activated yet.
Here is my timeline:
PPR June 28, 2017
Passport sent June 29, 2017
Passport delivered to Ottawa June 30, 2017
Application approved July 13th, 2017

As always, thank you all for the support and I'll keep updating my progress.
